Important: At this time, in-person visits to the University of Cincinnati campus are limited. DAAP-specific visits are postponed and the DAAP facilities are closed to visitors until further notice. In the meantime, students are welcome to utilize the virtual visit options described on the Office of Undergraduate Admissions Visit Campus webpage.

There's no better way to learn about DAAP than to visit and tour our award-winning facility. We welcome you to learn more about our facilities, programs, and the work of our students!

Future Students

College Close-Up

“College Close-Up” visits are an opportunity to learn about our undergraduate programs and the admissions process. It is highly recommended that all students interested in DAAP attend a College Close-Up.

College Close-Up visits begin at 11am and include:

  • a 30-minute DAAP overview presentation with a DAAP Student Affairs member
  • a 45-minute walking tour of DAAP
  • a 30-minute Student Panel (Mondays) or a 30-minute Information Session (Fridays)

During the summer, Student Panels are held on Mondays and Fridays.

Open House

DAAP will participate in the Open Houses coordinated by the Office of Admissions. While College Close-Ups offer more information about specific majors, Open Houses offer an overview of all DAAP majors. Please keep this in mind when planning your visit.

Group Visits

Visits can be arranged for larger groups such as high school classes, teachers, counselors, organizations, or businesses. These visits typically include an overview of DAAP's majors and admissions processes and a student-led tour of the facility. Each group visit is customized to meet the needs of that particular group. For larger groups who cannot travel to DAAP, a virtual visit can be arranged.

All DAAP tours and information sessions are held on campus in the Aronoff Center for Design and Art, located at the corner of Martin Luther King Drive and Clifton Avenue.
